Mr. Terence Dillard originates from Pompano Beach, Florida and has been an exceptional educational instructor for the past 20 years. He has had the privilege to serve as a high school Assistant Principal for the last eight years. He received his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Jacksonville State University, and his Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership, from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Dillard strongly believes in utilizing the collective efforts of all stakeholders in an organization and community to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate all aspects of a system’s programming to maximize student achievement and prepare students for a global economy. Because of Mr. Dillard’s extreme passion for character and professional development of young men, he had the opportunity to initiate male mentoring programs at three academic institutions which claimed media attention. Mr. Dillard hosted this program to provide academic, behavioral, and career mentoring for 150 male students. As a result, a decline in the number of school discipline violations and improvement in attendance were credited to his mentoring initiatives. Mr. Dillard’s philanthropic goals are aligned with the mission and vision of the 100 Black Men of America Inc. North Metro Chapter, to improve the quality of life of our youth by focusing on education, enrichment, and empowerment. Mr. Dillard is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and is a proud father and mentor to his 7yr old son, serving as the baseball and basketball coach for his son’s athletic teams. He enjoys golfing, reading, and traveling. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
