Ø  Students  “Clear Cookies or Browsing History before attempting to login to Naviance. See how-to-video:

Ø  Students use Chrome or Firefox as Internet Browser

Ø  Be sure to complete on a desk top or laptop. It doesn’t work well with a cellphone.

Ø  Login steps:   1) Rapid Identity 2) Click Clever

a.      (Clever- will prompt students to enter a username and password) 

IUsername: (7 digits) (Must Start with a 0) (Infinite Campus Student ID Number)

b.      Password: Try either Combination of (Date of Birth)

a.      (Do not use “0”s for the Day or Month Ex.2/2/2004) or

b.      (Do not use “0” for the Month Ex. 2/02/2004)

c.       If the student saves STEPS D-E to their perspective devices, it should no longer prompt them to use a username/password to log in.

Additional Notes:

a.      Advise students that when completing the Senior Exit Survey, Do not check the “Send Transcript” option. This feature isn't available for this school year. They can still send transcripts through Parchment as done prior to using Naviance.

b.      Before completing senior exit survey, advise students to add colleges by 1) Go to colleges tab 2) Select “I’m applying to”. This will ensure the colleges applied to will populate in the senior exit survey “applied to” section.
