Culpatrick TOTY

Nacole Culpatrick-Humphrey is a teacher committed to the development of her students, school and community. For this reason, she serves as sponsor for the Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) organization which was voted Clayton County Public Schools’ most influential SADD chapter last year; she is a member of her school’s School Council; she acts as Senior Sponsor at her school; she is her school’s building contact for the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE); and she assists and supports numerous leadership committees and student-led groups at Lovejoy High school.

As a former student of the Clayton County Public Schools System, Mrs. Culpatrick-Humphrey always dreamed of giving back to the school system that fostered her love of learning. Mrs. Culpatrick-Humphrey continued her education at the University of West Georgia and earned her BA in English.

Mrs. Culpatrick-Humphrey believes the key to successful teaching is to develop deep connections and relationships. For this reason, she provides extra support to students, sponsors numerous organizations, and is always willing to share resources and ideas with colleagues.

When she is not educating tomorrow’s leaders, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Steven, and their three kids: Jaiden, Jordan and Ariyana
